Companies I Represent
iAssure Inc. has distribution contracts with the following Managing General Agencies (MGAs): Manulife Wealth Insurance Services Inc. and Botica Financial Group Inc. Through these MGAs, I am currently contracted with the following life insurance companies:
Manulife, Industrial Alliance, Equitable Life, Empire Life, RBC Insurance, Assumption Life, BMO Insurance, Sun Life, SSQ, Beneva, ivari, Foresters Life, Humania, and Canada Protection Plan.
No insurance company holds any ownership interest in my business. I do not hold a significant ownership interest in any insurance company.
How I Am Compensated
As your life insurance advisor, if you choose to purchase a product through one of the companies listed above, I receive compensation from that company. This compensation may include:
- A sales commission when a new policy is placed

- Additional compensation such as bonuses, conferences, or non-monetary benefits (for example, travel incentives) based on the volume or persistency of business placed with a company during a given period
Commissions are paid by the company whose product is purchased, not by you directly.
If a policy is not kept in force and or is cancelled within a certain period, I may be required to repay all or part of the commission earned.
Continuing Education
To maintain my licences, I am required to complete mandatory continuing education. I fulfill these requirements by participating in professional development, industry conferences, and training sessions.
Conflicts of Interest
Your interests take priority over my interests and those of any insurance company, MGA, or agency I represent. My recommendations are based on my analysis of your insurance and financial security needs.
I take potential conflicts of interest seriously. If I become aware of any conflict or potential conflict of interest in connection with a recommendation I make to you, I will disclose it.
